Charger log upload

Upload a DC charger OCPP export (.xlsx) to add it to Insights. AC charger and battery-swap exports go to the host project (Electricity tenants > Import Data).

Safe to re-upload an export with an overlapping date range — samples already stored are skipped, not duplicated. Select multiple files to upload them one at a time automatically.
